WHILST BUILDING YOUR AIRCRAFT

​

For ILAS members building or refurbishing an aircraft, Air Courtage Assurances has launched a comprehensive insurance coverage including:

​

- HANDS ON BUILDER LEGAL LIABILITY INSURANCE, providing coverage against any damage to third parties while you build, assemble or restore your own aircraft, or simply wish to help out some friends or relatives in restoring their aircraft.

​

- MATERIAL DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT PROJECT : to protect the aircraft project during each stage of the building, up to and including the static engine tests.

YOUR AIRCRAFT IS IN FLIGHT CONFIGURATION

A brand new approach know as "Pilot-attached liability insurance" enables you to be covered for your liability as an individual, whatever the aircraft you operate (subject to MTOW conditions and number of passengers carried).

​- Individuals benefit from a discount when opting to choose our Do-It-Yourself option, if you are sufficiently trained to make your own repairs to your own aircraft, in the event of a partial loss.

SYNDICATE OF AIRCRAFT OWNERS / FLIGHT SYNDICATES

Depending on each syndicate's situation, several options are available when submitting a quotation request. We consider each co-owner's flying practices and involvement in restoring and maintaining their aircraft.
